📋 Purpose of This Report

This analytics dashboard has been generated from chatbot conversation data collected via the Fastbot.ai Crew Assist chatbot deployed for the Legend of the Seas newbuild project at Meyer Turku Shipyard. The data covers the period 20th February – 27th February 2026.

📊 What Data Is Collected

  • Conversation messages (questions asked and bot responses)
  • Approximate geographic location of the user's device at session time
  • Timestamp and session metadata (date, time, message count)
  • AI model used to generate the response (GPT-4o mini via OpenAI)
No personally identifiable information (PII) such as crew member names, ID numbers, or contract details is collected or stored by the chatbot system.

🌍 Data Storage & Processing

  • Conversation data is processed and stored by Fastbot.ai on their secure infrastructure
  • AI responses are generated via OpenAI's API (GPT-4o mini). Conversations may be processed on OpenAI servers subject to their data processing agreement
  • This exported report is a static HTML file and does not transmit data to any server after download
  • Geographic location data is approximate (city-level) and derived from IP address

👥 Who Can Access This Report

  • Authorised Royal Caribbean International (RCCL) HR and Operations personnel only
  • The report should not be shared externally or outside the newbuild project team
  • Password protection is provided as a basic access control measure

⏱️ Data Retention

Conversation data is retained by Fastbot.ai in accordance with their platform data retention policy. This exported report file should be deleted or secured once no longer needed for operational purposes.

🔗 Legal Basis

Data is collected and processed under a legitimate interest basis in support of crew onboarding operations and chatbot performance improvement for the Royal Caribbean newbuild project. Use of the chatbot is voluntary and crew members are made aware of its AI-powered nature.
